As I wrote in the last entry, I had a briefing about this Camp Bonifas. The picture was taken in front of the briefing room just after the briefing. There are two officers at both ends. My daughter and I are on the left side. (My daughter is crouching down.) This is taken by the professional photographer and I bought it from him.
In this Camp, the U.N. and Korean military are working together under the control of the U.N. commander in order to guard the Panmunjom joint security area (JSA). We were their guests and a certificate to say that was given to us. We were told to attach it to be seen by the guards.
I saw several facilities for their daily life, but I was not allowed to shoot them such as an eating house, a dormitory, a playground and several parking areas where ordinary cars were parked.Anyway, we started for Panmunjom.

Hi Klaus,
Thank you for your comment.
I checked my dictionary about "mess hall"and added it to my vocabulary. Two officers in the picture was wearing the same arm badge.

Doc - nice report and pictures!
Yes, being a divided country - I know how this is and feels.
By the way, the "eating house" is normally called a "mess hall". And the guy standing on the far right seems to be US Militray Police.
