I'll write about my favorite shoes again, which I bought in 2009 and have been using for 3 years now. I walked along the streets in Germany twice and Canada once. I asked the shop master for a repair for the third time. This time, resoling of the heels, the replacement of both strips with Velcro tape and minimal adjustment of the inner soles were my order. The master faithfully performed my order, and my shoes were resurrected. Their original price was considerably high, but I think it's reasonable to be able to use my favorite ones for a long time.

I definitely know what it's like to get a nice comfortable pair of shoes. Price doesn't really compare to comfort! Maybe they are like a cat with nine lives, you still have plenty of lives to go if that's the case :)
