It is still in fact in use and at the same time it is a historical heritage building. This building is located in the heart of the city and many official facilities are near here. My hospital is one of them. This is at the base of the hill where Matsuyama Castle is located. I can't help recalling the Showa and Meiji eras when looking around this area.
