I found a destination stone column near the parking lot of the Choushi Reservoir. The stone reads "To the ruin of the Senri Castle." According to the signboard near the column, there was a castle at the summit of the hill over the reservoir about 1000 years ago. What was the life like at that time? How did people get water or daily necessities? I was wondering about such questions over a canned coffee.
