Our bus was forced to stop at the U.N. check point at the entrance of the bridge. I confirmed the location of the point on Google Earth. It was 37°53'56.32"N and 126°44'50.69"E. The passengers were ordered to show their passport and a U.N. officer came into the bus and checked the portrait against my face. He was a young Korean man and very polite and escorted us through Panmunjom. After a short briefing, we started and got out of the Civilian Control Line. I got nervous.
