General MacArthur and his subordinates did it. They were simply military personnel and not members of the legal bar. The Constitution of their making was for the purpose of weakening Japan and controlling the Japanese people. When Japan became independent on Apr. 28th 1952, it should have been thrown away, but it's still alive. I don't know why, but it might be the effect of the biased education imposed on Japanese young boys and girls by the U.S.
Now, with the passing days, such brainwashing by the U.S. became gradually diffused and people began to know the real history. Japan would change its basic attitude toward foreign countries in the very near future.
