I arrived at a makeshift pier set for the tender boat in Oodomari harbor. Some crew members of the Nippon Maru were positioned and would stay there until the closing time of the pier. Hot Japanese tea and hot coffee were always ready for passengers. The service of the tender boat was scheduled every hour. All the passengers who had chosen one of the optional tours started their tour from there and a few people went into the city on foot. They were going to enjoy wandering in the city of Oodomari. They seemed to go back to the Nippon Maru at noon for lunch and then go back to the shore and continue sightseeing. I thought it was a nice idea. On the other hand, some passengers stayed on the ship all day and enjoyed a relaxing time there. I knew that the cruising tour has lots of options to spend vacations. The last picture is the Nippon Maru from the shore.
