I asked for a Japanese to guide us during the test drive for the sake of mutual understanding when a situation calls for instant reaction. He used to work in a travel company and gave us a good commentary about Hawaiian lives, his student days in the U.S. mainland, houses of Japanese celebrities, and so on. He seemed to frequently get vegetables in KCC Farmers' Market. A very noted actor in Japan test-drove the same car with his family last month, and I heard a funny story about his daughter, though it's secret.
By the way, I got tired and wanted to hit the hay as early as possible, so we didn't dine out. Our supper was retort-pouched curry and rice taken from Japan.
