I make it a rule to do squats once a week. I started muscle training 3 years ago and I was surprised to know that the amount of muscle increases even over 60 years old. The picture shows my struggle to lift 90 kg weight. For now, this is my limit, but I'd like to lift 112kg, as men are said to be able to raise up one and a half times the weight of his/her body weight. I weigh 75kg, so my target comes to 112kg. This is far beyond my strength now, but I set it as my goal.
