Gym

     My old friend, who lives in Aomori prefecture, sent me an e-mail. I wrote some entries about him in this blog last summer. http://kumo.typepad.jp/weblog/2006/08/japan-self-defe.html He showed me some pictures of him wearing outfit for the cold weather and climbing up the snowy mountain with his skis. Moreover, he advised me to access a website that was created by his friends. http://wearehakkouda.fc2web.com/index1.htm I saw some movies on that website. They were really enjoying the snow on Hakkoda Mountain. I couldn't stand still.
However, I don't think that I have as much physical strength as I used to in my younger days. I made up my mind to start going to the gym.
