We walked and hung around going towards our hotel from Gastown. Such a walk without any definite porpose is fun during the trip. We came across a big construction site and I took a picture. Here was Granville Street, one of the busiest streets in Vancouver. Can you imagine? The street was completely closed.
It looked like a subway construction and judging from the direction it would connect the airport and North Vancouver. They are surely preparing for the Olympics in 2010. I hoped I would be back again in 2010.
