Needless to say, Japan is one of the developed countries. In other words Japan must be rich, but I sometimes feel a lack of something that makes us feel happy. I found the check-in counter of Sno-Limo that provided tours for non-skiers. Judging from their brochures, people who are physically challenged seem to enjoy the view of alpine regions. It's great and I wondered if it's also in Japan?
