It is the day when all the public offices start routine work across the country in Japan. My office is likewise. Just before the opening of the opd, the principal staff members were required to get together in the conference room and receive a motivational talk from the head director.
Anyway, the year 2011 just actually started today. I wish lots of happy things may happen to me.
