Just after boarding, I started exploring inside the plane, but it seemed that passengers in the upper and lower deck were separately managed. My seat was located in the upper deck. When I went downstairs through the rear stairs and took pictures of the stairs, I was spoken to from backwards by a CA. She assumed that I was a passenger in the lower deck and would go upstairs. She seemed to have me refrain from going up. I explained the conditions and I was able to get back my seat. A metal device which you see at the right side of the first picture is the fence to block the stairs off. While cruising, this fence was closed.
I booked the premium economy seat on this flight, which is located in the upper deck and is ranked between the business seat and the economy seat. To my surprise, my window-side seat was equipped with a fairly spacious bin. This was really handy. The display was big and high definition. The image of the front camera was really clear. I had nothing to complain of regarding the seat. Then, the in-flight meal! Very nice, I enjoyed it with some wine. To tell the truth, I wanted to fly a bit more to enjoy movies, but we arrived at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in about 7 hours.
