As the main quake was super-enormous, the afterquakes are big. The tsunami-alert from Japan's Meteorological Agency has been continuously issued after the main quake. And so, the fire department can't start their work against the fire of the chemical industrial complex, because it is located near the seashore. The rescue team can't likewise recover the bodies floating along the coast .
Several villages can't be reached even by the rescue team yet because all the routes to the villages were completely damaged. A village had been reportedly smashed leaving only 40% of its population alive. It means that 60% of the residents are missing or dead. This quake is the most terrible natural disaster if you ask me.
The accident in the Fukushima atomic power station is getting serious and people living near the plant have been evacuated from their houses. Naturally, it will cause a shortage of power. All the national economical activities will be affected badly. What will become of Japan?
