It was about 15 or more years since my last visit to Niagara Falls. I didn't think the interval was so long, but nothing reminded me of the last visit. I just remember the magnificent view of the falls. The busiest street was called Clifton Hill and I wandered around the street. There were lots of tourists and sales seemed to be brisk. I met Johnny Depp on the street and took a snap of him as shown in the first picture. (grin) This picture was shot at the entrance of the museum of wax figures.
Look at the second picture. Do you know what it is? A part of the Skylon Tower is shown in the left margin and did you notice that a rope stretches to the right margin? There is a person just in the center of the picture. He was walking on the tight rope at an estimated height of 150 meters. Unbelievable! If he missed, he would surely have died, being smashed against the ground. I was gazing at him until he finished his task. I'll add a picture of him signing autographs. This apparently was an everyday attraction. I was afraid that my daughter missed seeing the attraction and I told her about him. To my surprise, she told me that she had been on the observation deck of the tower just at that time and had seen him starting out. I was envious!
